Crime Stoppers is a partnership of the public, police and media which provides the community with a proactive program to anonymously assist in solving crime and contributing to an improved quality of life.

Crime Stoppers urges community members to join the effort against crime by addressing the two main barriers to community involvement: fear and apathy.

We provide a telephone number, website, and app to empower citizens to volunteer crucial information that aids law enforcement agencies in combating crime.

Callers can maintain anonymity and may qualify for a cash reward if the provided information leads to the arrest and conviction of a felony offender.

Crime Stoppers depends on volunteer Directors and tax-deductible contributions from the public to sustain the program's administration.

We are expanding our Board and are currently looking for new volunteers who would like to assist our organization. We meet the first Wednesday of every odd month. If you are interested in joining or assisting us, please contact Crime Stoppers President Gary Silveira at (805) 431-3764.
