****$1,000.00 REWARD****

The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff`s Department is again warning people to not leave valuables in their cars after a $25,000.00 theft on Wednesday at the Park & Ride site on Hwy 58 near Hwy 101 in Santa Margarita, CA. A woman had hidden a bag containing cash from her business receipts and the sale of a car under the seat of her vehicle while she and her husband went to a movie. When the pair returned to the vehicle they discovered a window smashed, the bag of money missing, along with uniform items from the California Department of Corrections.
